I'm very behind on my blog...a lot has happened since my ascendance up the campo tower. I have finished school in Siena and met up with my filming crew. Our first stop was in a small town in Umbria where we filmed a Medieval Festival in Bevagna. The festival took me back in time and made it easier to envision how life was in the beginning of civilization. Even with centuries passed there are still people who have carried the nostalgic tradition of self-efficiency. Some of these people we filmed and had the pleasure to get to know. We listened to their passions, dreams, and lives; giving my own more meaning and direction. Each person portrays the common thread of holding onto lost tradition. Something rarely seen today.
